We like to grow good grass, and are experimenting with growing good grain. We like to feed these things to our animals because we like to know that they are eating well. This way when we eat them we can be proud of how they taste and why! We also love to cook, and to preserve and to smoke and to cure and of course to share all of these things with others. This is a community page in which we hope to share success stories of our meat on tables and in bellies. Send us any recipes you would like to share so that others too can take as much pleasure in food as you or me. Send your advice as well. Often times we sell the whole beast to our customers. Tell us what delights you have created with the bones, the organs those obscure pieces of meat you would never have bought in grocery store.
