Two options are available for butcher and processing - Gunters, or a combination of in-house butchering by us and Gunters for bacon and hams.

Pork – Pasture Raised, Apple Finished - The total cost for Pork varies depending on the amount you purchase. The larger the amount, the better the deal. Whole Beast - $3.75/lbs hanging weight. By the side – $3.85/lbs. We will also have $100 and $200 Pork Boxes available.


  • Slaughter – Gunter Bros. is in charge of this aspect. Slaughter fees are included in hanging weight fee.


  • Butcher/Cut and Wrap andPick-up/Delivery – If you decide to have Gunter Bros. do the whole process they will organize this with you. If you want to try out our butchering skills (with Gunter hams and bacon) we will be in touch with you about this aspect.


  • On Your Table/In Your Freezer: On your table, it will be delicious. In your freezer half a pig will take up about 3 cubic feet (three milk crates worth) of space.
